Palazzo Motor Lodge Terms & Conditions

Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to fourteen days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter any deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations and online bookings. A deposit equivalent to 50% of the booking is required for online and telephone bookings. This deposit is non refundable if cancelled within fourteen days of the booking. |

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only. |

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time. |

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. |

Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No Smoking' rooms and areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. |

Credit Card guarantees: On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. Cancellations up to seven days before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred. |

Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation. |
