Booking Policy

Palazzo Motor Lodge Terms & Conditions of Booking:

Palazzo Motor Lodge strongly recommend that travel insurance is purchased to cover costs arising from unforeseen circumstances and changes in travel plans!

 
1 Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only
2 Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival at check-in (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges will be made if your account is not paid on time.
3 No visitors are allowed in rooms after 9pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged,  plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
4 Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms and only in designated areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
5 Credit Card guarantees: All reservations require authorisation of a valid credit card (VISA Debit Cards Not Accepted) deposit/withdrawal. Cancellations up to fourteen days before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter any deposit will be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation will be charged. Please note: Payments made using American Express and Diners Club credit cards will incur a 5% surcharge fee.
6 Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date will not result in a refund.
7 Palazzo Motor Lodge has a strict no animal policy.

Cancellation/refund policy:

Cancellations up to fourteen days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter any deposit will be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation will be charged. Special conditions apply to group quotations/reservations and conference bookings.
